  • 3,500 registered common shares with a nominal value of CZK 1,000,000 inbook entry form

Česká exportní banka, a.s., shareholders are:

  • the state, which owns 84% of the shares, ministry exercising the state's shareholder rights is Ministry of Finance
  • Czech Export Bank, a.s., which owns 16% of the shares (on 28 April 2025, the General Meeting adopted a decision to cancel the shares and reduce the share capital by their nominal value)
